Specification converted under Rule 6 to ScheduleIV Class 3, in respect of "Toilet articles (not included in other Classes) and preparations for the hair, none being goods for manufacture and sale in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man". Registered as proprietors in so far as concerns the right to the exclusive use of the Mark upon or in relation to goods for export from the United Kingdom except to the Republic of Ireland.
