Lubricators, tools (without a cutting edge) and hardware all being metal goods not included in other Classes. ++Specification converted under Rule 6 to Schedule IV, Class 6 in respect of axle stands, reels for hoses, tubes (not being boiler-tubes or parts of machinery), hose and fittings therefor, pipe-couplings and fittings, arms and brackets for supporting hose pipes, engine sump draining receptacles, tanks, being containers for liquids; railway fish plates, towing poles for vehicles; all such goods being of metal or in which metal predominates. ++This Trade Mark is hereby altered under Section 35 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938. Representations of the Mark as altered were deposited on 22nd May 1946.
