Educational services, namely providing bullying, cyberbullying and digital safety expert speakers, conducting community and school outreach and awareness classes, seminars and programs in bullying and cyberbullying prevention, digital safety and the safety and protection of children and youth, prevention of homophobia, racism and hatred, decreasing school absenteeism, and deterring violence in schools; providing a help line to youths who are victims of bullying and at risk of suicide and distributing materials and conducting campaigns in connection therewith; youth safety information services, namely providing online facts, statistics and materials, state specific guidelines and resources; provision of safety guidelines for parents and caregivers in the fields of bullying, cyberbullying, digital safety and violence against children and providing printed materials in connection therewith.
