Advisory, information and consultancy services: Specifically:
1. Advising and providing information to organisations, individuals and the public on creating a Speak Up Culture where people feel safe to raise concerns including on harassment, unethical dealings, safety and other areas of concern.
2. Building awareness by giving talks and training publicly, to clients and organisations, the media (online and physically) and through articles and infographics online and physically.
3. Providing an array of services connected to speaking up including (but not limited to), consulting, risk assessments, reviews, surveys, investigations, coaching, counselling, advisory, third party reporting, communications and other services required to create and sustain a healthy and safe Speak Up Culture and address issues including, but not limited to: leadership, communications, risk, compliance and governance for organisations, such as harassment, safety, corruption, money-laundering, fraud, workers and human rights violations, discrimination, workplace bullying, EDI (equality, diversity and inclusion), SDG, and associated issues (collectively defined as “Issues”).
4. Providing information through courses, talks and facilitation to clients and the public
5. Providing networks, platforms and spaces where organisations and people can communicate, engage and support each other on the Issues described above.
The Services are delivered online and physically, including online and social media platforms accessible to clients and the public.
