Pursuant to a decision made on the 7th September 1978, by a hearing officer acting for the registrar, and in the matter of an application under Section 32 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, by Societe Anonyme Francais du Ferodo, the register was, in 15th September 1978, rectified by the substitution of a comma for the semi-colon after the word conditioning in the specification of goods at present entered on the register in connection with Trade Mark no.1041213.
