Pyrotechnic devices comprising of an indoor explosive whereby the user lights a fountain housed in the top of the unit with an external ignition. Once the fountain is burning it releases a mechanism which opens the plastic arms of the device. Attached to these arms are candles which have been lit by the burning fountain. Once opened the devices vary in that the unit remains stationary, or spins slowly, powered by a prewound spring or plays music. Other variants may be a combination of the above but all maintain the same core function.
