The trademark is being requested to protect the name under our Sensory Retreats branding. Sensory Sleep Mask is the name of the product itself. We are additionally hoping to patent the design of our new silk eye mask which has been specially designed to have heat sachets or cool ing sachets as inserts allow the client a sensory experience of heat and cold and also it covers the ears so will help the hearing sense Sensory Sleep Mask will be be designed to be used and reused (sleep and repeat concept) with or without the addition of the disposable self-heating or cooling eco-system technology. We have trademark on our other Sensory Retreats eye mask such as Divine Eyes, amour eyes, Luna eyes, Aurora Eyes and Elf eyes to protect the name of our eye mask so we really hope to secure this name for our latest products many thanks Clare .
