Educational services, namely, providing students with instruction and counseling in the areas of academics, social skills and athletics, sponsoring, developing and carrying out social, academic and athletic programs for students; educational services, namely, conducting classes seminars and workshops for teachers and student assistants in the fields of teaching methods, testing methods, counseling and evaluation of student development in academic, social and athletic pursuits, and distributing course materials in connection therewith; educational consulting services for others.
