Perfumes, essential oils, cosmetics (not being toilet preparations) and hair lotions. This Trade Mark is hereby altered under Section 35 of the Trade Mark Act, 1938. Representations of the Mark as altered were deposited on the 21st May, 1976. Pursuant to a decision made on the 12th October, 1976, by a Hearing Officer acting for the Registrar and in the matter of an Application under Section 32 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, by Shulton, Inc., the Register was, on 26th October, 1976 rectified by the removal of the disclaimer at present entered in respect of Trade Mark No. 788684 namely"Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word and numerals suite 16".
