Pursuant to a decision made on the 19th June 1967 be a hearing officer acting for the registrar, and the matter of an application under Section 32 of the Trade Marks Act 1938 by Pakco (PKY) Limited, the register was, on the 22 September 1967 rectified by substitution of the word Curripak for the word Kurripak in the disclaimer at present entered in connection with Trade Marks No B855352. ++ This Trade Mark is hereby altered under Section 35 of the Trade Mark Act 1938, representations of the Marks as altered were deposited on the 5th September 1967.
