Delivery service ;“The OSC food delivery service aims to partner with local food, express supermarkets (e.g. (Tesco Express & Sainsbury local,as well as pharmacy related stores such as Boots& Holland Barret …etc) and home product-related retailers. We aim to promote ourselves via the OSC website and app, and we will collect and deliver customer-generated orders. Using our own dedicated and security screened delivery riders/drivers we will then deliver these orders to the customers’ preferred addresses. The customer can use our App and order from different retail locations, with a maximum of 3 shops in London W4 per order and receive their delivery in 30 minutes if they order from one shop because the driver must deliver too order in one hour so he can get minimum wages and we can do that 100% but if the driver order from different places it may take longer than 30 min We will start by covering the Chiswick area because there are a lot of independent retailers who during the current difficult trading time could benefit from the addition of a home delivery service The founder of OSC plans to support both local independent as well as bigger businesses (e.g.Express/Local supermarket stores) by also by promoting them and vice versa (mentioning on each party’s respective websites and social media, for example). OSC will avoid the restaurant and other pre-prepared food services deals at the start up as this marketplace is already over serviced by a large number of GIG based competitors (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, JUST EAT ..etc. )And that’s why we are different from Uber eat and just eat and all third parties who are only focused on delivering from restaurant premises. This will help us to reach the largest proportion of people most likely to order from us. It also makes it much easier to create an effective marketing strategy. But we plan to have deals with restaurant in the future, when we start having customer and driver covering many area. *******Online shopping Centre App will also allow the customer to order from any business (Restaurant, shops ...etc.) In UK have delivery service by putting all the shops and restaurant who have delivery app and website or use delivery service on one App (online shopping Centre App) The customer don’t need to download all the OS delivery app on their phone to order from different places he like. - It will be easier for the customer to order and find what he needs - allow the customer to get cheapest take away - He can track the order if the third party delivery service he order from have that option like Uber eat, just eat... Etc. - He can contact the delivery service or the shop if he has queries To start with, the express supermarkets will be difficult to deal with due to their larger inventory (even if we provide the service for free, so we will download their local store inventory and the prices on our app so rider/drivers will go and collect the order themselves when they receive an order*.
