The trade mark is intended to be used to meet the personal needs of individuals who may have associated themselves with organisations which in some ways limit the ability of the said individuals to express themselves in a manner or standing which is not restricted by bias and risk of alienation. It is believed to be the case that in the United Kingdom of Northern Ireland and Great Britain that those individuals whom the applicant for the trade mark wishes to help may suffer were they not to remain in accordance with those associations they have chosen to affiliate themselves with. The applicant for the trade mark may wish to extend the described services rendered to meet the needs of the described individuals to the field of social services, but importantly not Social Services, there being an important distinction between social services rendered to meet the needs of individuals, and the organisations which are in place to monitor and regulate individuals by government and others known perhaps better as Social Services.
