Ignition systems for fluid fuel burners, valves and cocks being parts of fuel pipe line systems for regulating the flow of fuel, and parts included in Class 11 of all the aforesaid goods. an application under section 32 of the trade marks act, 1938, by robertshaw controls company, the register was, on the 13th January 1977, rectified by the substitution of the letter c for the letter f in the disclaimer at present entered in respect of the said mark. this trade mark is hereby altered under section 35 of the trade mark act, 1938. representations of the mark as altered were deposited on the 5th May 1976
