Thermostats, thermostatic valves, thermostatic switches, thermostatic pilot controls for preventing the escape of unburned gas from fluid fuel burners, electro magnets, thermocouples; corrugated bellows and diaphrams, all being parts of scientific or electrical apparatus; and parts included in Class 9 of all the aforesaid goods. ++Pursuant to a decision made on the 6th October 1976, by a Hearing Officer acting for the Registrar and in the matter section 32 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, by ROBERTSHAW CONTROLS COMPANY, the register was on the 13th January, 1977, rectified by the substitution of the letter"C" for the letter"F" in the disclaimer at present entered in respect of the said mark. ++This Trade Mark is hereby altered under section 35 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, Representations of the mark as altered were deposited on the 5th May 1976
