Electronic display apparatus being made up of a vertical length of either single colour or red/green and blue combined light emitting diodes, being programmed to flash the LED's at high speed which enables the viewer to read an advert or message as they pass their eyes across the device, using persistence vision to enable the message to be replayed across the eye.
