Pursuant to a decision made on the 12th October 1976 by a hearing officer acting for the registrar, and in the matter of an application under section 32 of the trade Marks Acts, 1938, by Renold Limited, the register was, on 26th October 1976 rectified by the substitution of the word collars for the word rollers in the specification of goods at present entered in connection with Trade Mark no. 1008391
