Postage and handling and publication services relating to the distribution and co-ordination of water testing and water sampling data, equipment and sampling materials; Mail services relating to electronic mail, publication and messaging services; Licensed computer programs and applications for connecting remotely to computers or computer networks and related software as a licensing service which connects to the hosted platform on the internet; Coordination, programming, application and managing services for laboratory communication systems and telecommunication machines and devices for text and email and other electronic communication means in relation to engineering data, water testing and sampling data and analysis; Programming for remote control apparatus for controlling water testing equipment and engineering services; Application programming of software as a service; Downloadable application software programming as a service for public and licensing by laboratories, public and private enterprise as a licensing service relating to the identification of various water sources and associated data and destination information including photographic representations in all formats; Application programming as a service for smart phones which incorporates the use of Global Positioning System (GPS) services and devices to aid client processing, water testing and water sampling equipment and services which incorporates the use of sound, brail and touch screen interfaces; Programming and publication as a service for others to use for the development of software to manage, operate and connect via the internet or wireless means on their electronic devices; Office apparatus design and development services for the projection and display of water quality data, engineering information and hosting platform in relation to core business services of water identification, modelling, mapping and water quality information and data; Programming and publication services including application software programming as a service relating to the hosting services provided for water testing data and information, sampling information, engineering and identification data and information for display and processing via handheld digital electronic devices and applications such as but not limited to smartphones, watches, bracelets, tablets and other bio engineered devices;
