Antiseptic lotions and medicated skin powder. in so far as concerns the right to the exclusive use of the mark in relation to goods for export to countries outside the United Kingdom other than the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Republic of Ireland, the United States of America (excluding Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa and Pacific Island Trust Territory), Canada, the Federal Republic of Germany, Italy, the Netherlands (excluding Surinam, the Netherlands Antilles and any other overseas territories of the Netherlands), Belgium, Luxembourg and France (including St. Pierre and Miquelon but excluding Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion, French Guiana, the Commoro Islands, French Somaliland, the French Islands in the pacific ocean and the New Hebrides) by virtue of a deed of assignment dated the 23rd June, 1969.
