Candles, common soap, detergents; illuminating, heating, or lubricating oils; matches; and starch, blue, and other preparations for laundry purposes. ++ Under date the 20th March, 1942, the specification of goods under No 56472 was converted under Rule 6 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, to Class 3 (Schedule IV) in respect of substances for laundry purposes, detergents, (not being polishing or abrading preparations), common soap, perfumed soap, perfumes, toilet preparations (not medicated), cosmetics, preparations for the hair, and dentifrices. This Registration is amalgamated upon conversion (and striking out of goods) with Registration No 56473, which ceases to have effect as a separate registration. ++ Entry cancelled under Section 34 ()1) (d) of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, in respect of:- substances for laundry purposes and detergents.
