Education, motivational training, delivered through seminars, workshops and conferences to help build confidence, life coaching, working on a one to one basis with a range of people from disadvantaged adults and children, people suffering from abuse or addictions (e.g. obesity, alcoholism, drugs, etc), recreational activities, running and organising activity centres for people of different ages to boost individual self esteem and give people a social focus to learn, play and enjoy themselves.
