DEBT R&R SERVICE (Debt Restructuring & Rescheduling Service) Debt R&R is a complete Debt Negotiation, Restructuring, and Rescheduling Service which is provided to both individual and corporate clients who are either owed money by another party(ies), or who owes money to another or other parties. This non-confrontational professional Debt Negotiation Service, encourages continued good relations between our client and the other party(ies), whether GAC acts on behalf of a client who is either owed money by another (being a Client Creditor), or acts on behalf of a client who owes money to another (being a Client Debtor). Re-payments of verified debts which have been negotiated by and are acceptable to all parties, are made through the GAC Direct Debit System which enables prompt monitoring of payments and 'missed' payments enabling effective management of an already difficult situation for all parties concerned. The GAC Debt R&R Service includes :- A non-confrontational Debt Negotiation Service. Establish and recognise whether or not the claimed debt(s) is valid and is correct. Establish for the validated debt(s), the true extent of the debt(s). Endeavour to preserve the established relationhip between the parties. Establish a communication link on behalf of our client with the other party or parties, being either the creditor or debtor as the case may be. Negotiate a potential reduction in the debt(s) and in some cases, possibly obtain agreement from the other party to completely clear the debt(s). Negotiate a re-scheduling of the repayment of the debt(s) by agreeing a Repayment Plan with the other party(ies) which is acceptable to both parties. All payments, either from the GAC client to verified creditor(s) and payments from verified debtor(s) to our client will be through the GAC Direct Debit Payment Service which includes the collection of money and the payment of money through the GAC Direct Debit System to establish tighter control over the repayment of debts, Follow-up 'missed' Direct Debit payments in a professional manner, to seek to establish the reason for the 'missed' payment, and obtain agreement for the rescheduling of any 'missed' payment. All processes are fully documented and where appropriate result in signed agreements. In certain cases, GAC experienced negotiators may be required to hold non-confrontational meeting(s) during which, in some cases, may require GAC to carry out a mediation service to establish a way forward for an amicable solution to debt problems. DEBT CHAIN RESOLUTION SERVICE - Debt Chain Resolution is a service offered to GAC Corporate Clients (the Client Creditor) who are owed money by other organisations or individuals (the Debtor). Debt Chain Resolution encompasses the principles of the Debt R&R Service with a unique twist. When a company (e.g. company 'A') approaches GAC regarding a debt owed to them, GAC will look to operate the Debt R&R Service for them. During the initial stages of this service, GAC may become aware that one or more of the debtors (e.g. company 'B') may themselves be owed money by another (e.g. company 'C'). In this event, GAC will know that a Debt Chain is now apparent and will offer the Debt R&R Service to the debtor. Upon acceptance, the other organisation ('B') will then become a GAC Client Creditor as well being a debtor of the original GAC client ('A'). In this event, GAC will then contact 'B's customers ('C') regarding the monies owed by them to 'B'. Hence the realisation of the Debt Chain grows, as it continues until the last one in the chain is discovered. GAC may then be able to establish the entire Debt Chain and thereby potentially resolve a number of companies' debt problems which should have a positive influence on their respective cash flows, enabling them to move forward with hopefully intact business relationships. The Debt Chain Resolution Service contains the activities carried out within the Debt R&R Service, plus a not exclusive set of activities as follows :- Attempt to establish if the Debtor (e.g. company 'B') of the GAC Client Creditor (e.g. company 'A') is owed money by another (e.g. company 'C). In the event that it is established that the Debtor ('B') is owed money by another ('C'), then GAC will offer to assist them in the recovery of outstanding monies owed to them. In the event that the Debtor 'B' contracts GAC to act in this manner, the Debtor 'B' will remain as a debtor to the GAC Client 'A', but in this situation would then become a GAC Client Creditor. GAC will contact company 'B's customer(s) for example company 'C' to enquire as to whether or not they are owed money by another and if so, then GAC will offer the Debt R&R Service to company 'C'. Hence, the Debt Chain begins to be addressed. The entire Debt Chain may be able to be resolved with the assistance of the GAC Debt Chain Resolution Service. PMS - PAYMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICE The Payment Management Service has been introduced by GAC to enable a GAC Client to have the facility to have all their normal monthly payments handled by GAC, giving them the knowledge and comfort of knowing that whatever is left in their bank account is available for them to use during the month. This service is intended to assist people and companies manage their finances so as to, amongst other things, reduce the likelihood of overspend, large overdrafts, 'missed' payments, charges, and inadvertently building a bad credit rating. This is how it works. Private individual or a company contacts GAC relating to using the GAC PMS. GAC assesses the needs of the potential client. Upon agreeing which monthly payments to be made by the client are to be included in the PMS, GAC will:- Set up a Direct Debit Mandate with the Client so as to obtain from the client's bank account the agreed monthly amount to be taken by GAC which will cover all the monthly payments to be made by GAC on behalf of the client. GAC contact all the companies and individuals required to receive monthly payments from the client. Verify all the relevant payment and reference details and obtain appropriate bank account details from the relevant individuals and companies due to receive payments from the GAC client. When all information has been obtained and agreed, set up the appropriate PMS payment schedules within the GAC Direct Debit System. Obtain the monthly payment from the client and action the appropriate PMS payment schedule. The above is not intended to be an exclusive list of activities carried out in the GAC PMS, it is for the purpose of enabling a client to understand the overall process involved in PMS.
