Scientific and electrical apparatus and instruments, all included in Class 9; nautical, signalling, checking (supervision), and life-saving apparatus and instruments; fire extinguishing apparatus; and parts and fittings included in Class 9 for all the aforesaid goods; but not including computer programmes recorded on discs, tapes, cards, wires or filaments, being magnetic and for use in computer-integrated manufacturing and not including intruder alarms or detection apparatus for buildings and not including any goods of the same description as any of the aforesaid excluded goods and not including any apparatus or instruments for use in determining the time or position of equinoxes.
