Electronic display apparatus being an illuminated sign with on light emitting diodes source of light for night time viewing, acrylic screened panels are illuminated using red/green and blue LED's, the LED's are embedded into a slot routed into the edge of acrylic, the slot is filled with silicone sealer to guarantee a waterproof seal for all electronics, the acrylic panels are installed on to a bus in 1.5m sections making up a total size of 6m x 650mm, the light source can either be set on white or any colour within the spectrum, the system can be set on a particular fixed colour or on an automated setting that allows the colour to merge through the spectrum of colour, an advertising hoarding is placed in front of the illuminated panels for night time viewing, the system operates when the bus engine is running.
