Educational services, namely, evaluating the learning acquired by adults in courses provided by business and industry, federal agencies, labour unions, apprenticeship training, correspondence schools accredited by the national home study council, and professional and voluntary associations; assisting the employees, members, or customers of these organizations to receive academic recognition for the learning which they acquired in the workplace; and assisting colleges and universities with the development of policies and procedures to accommodate this recognition of learning in class 41. None of the aforesaid services resulting in the issuing of credit and merit awards.
