Services to enable the exchange of data between the individual and organisation with which they interact, within a common technical and legal framework. The services will enable a consumer to share data with organisations in ways that empower the consumer to control the immediate and subsequent data flows between them, the 3rd party and all others. This control is enacted by participating parties agreeing to a common technical and legal framework, which means that data is only exchanged between the parties with the specific permission of the customer. The above is realised by two functions working in concert. i) the scheme creating the common legal framework and data model by which the participants comply and ii) the exchange (or cluster thereof) by which all parties are able to connect and exchange data with one another.
