The trade mark is a representation of the following services. 1. The provision of: - Additional training to the apprentice - Choice of additional training by the apprentice and/or the employer representative - College certification of additional training for the apprentice over and above that defined by the national framework for any given apprenticeship. This additional training to be provided either in College or at other places. 2. The provision of: - Additional skill(s) assessment to the apprentice - Choice of additional skill(s) assessment by the apprentice and/or the employer representative - College certification of additional skills assessment for the apprentice over and above that defined by the national framework for any given apprenticeship. This additional skill(s) assessment(s) to be provided either in College or at other places. Additional skill(s) may include any practical/vocational skill that is considered to further add-value to those defined by the national framework for any given apprenticeship, including any general functional skill in literacy, numeracy and information technology.
