Educational services, namely, conducting classes, seminars and workshops for teachers in the fields of teaching methods, testing methods and evaluation of the academic performance of students, and distributing course materials in connection therewith; educational consulting services for others, namely, providing assistance and consultation to teachers in evaluating the academic performance of students, computer-based testing and academic monitoring tools, database of academic history; all the above listed services are exclusively used in relation to assessment of students academic progress through use of computer-based testing administered on a weekly basis to measure retention of taught material and identify learning gaps.
