Pursuant to a dicision made on the 16th December, 1965, by a Hearing Officer acting for the Registrar, and in the matter of an application under section 32 of Trade Marks Act, 1938, the register was on the 23rd December, 1965, rectified by the deletion of the condition: - the applicants agree that it is a condition of registration that the Mark shall be used only in Westdeutshe Beleuchtungs-Gesellschaft KG and sold by Veritys Limited.
