Aluminium sheets with a highly polished surface for use in the manufacture of light and lamp reflectors, being goods for sale in the United Kingdom. Pursuant to a decision made on the 16th December, 1965, by a Hearing Officer acting for the Registrar, and in the matter of an application under section 32 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, the register was, on the 23rd December, 1965, rectified by the deletion of the condition the applicants agree that it is a condition of registration that the mark shall be used only in relation to goods made by Westdeutsche Beleuchtungs-Gesellschaft KG and sold by Veritys Limited.
