All goods included in Class 28, but not including rails, switches or fittings for the aforesaid goods, kits of parts (sold complete) for making up into dolls, toy puppets, toy animals or dolls deckchairs, skates, and not including any goods of the same description as these excluded goods; and not including toy engineering contrivances, toy vehicles or fishing tackle.
