Meat, sausages; fish, poultry and game, none being live; meat extracts; preserved, dried or cooked fruits and vegetables; jellies and dairy products, all for food; jams; eggs, milk; edible oils and edible fats, fruit preserves and vegetable preserves, and pickles. In pursuance of an application received on 7th June 1976 the following Disclaimer in entered in the Register:"Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the numerals 1878". Pursuant to a Decision made on 8th November 1976 by a Hearing Officer acting for the Registrar, and in the matter of an Application under Section 32 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, the Register was on 22nd February 1977, rectified by the amendment of the disclaimer at present entered so that it reads"Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the words RHO and MILANO". ++ This Trade Mark is hereby altered under Section 35 of the Trade Mark Act, 1938. Representations of the Mark as altered were deposited on the 7th January 1976.
