Jasmine B. Gratton is an experienced attorney licensed in both New York state and England and Wales, focusing her practice on trademark prosecution, brand protection, and litigation. She advises clients on domestic and international trademark strategy, with a focus on building, monitoring, and safeguarding their intellectual property assets across jurisdictions. Prior to joining Trademarkia, Jasmine served as General Counsel, where she managed a wide range of legal responsibilities including contract negotiation, risk assessments, and litigation coordination. She also held positions as a Trademark Associate and an Associate Attorney at boutique intellectual property firms, where she represented clients before the USPTO and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, negotiated intellectual property agreements, and provided holistic legal counsel. Jasmine holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law from Fordham University School of Law and an LL.B. from the University of Bristol Law School. She is admitted to practice in New York, England and Wales, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. In addition to her legal practice, Jasmine is completing a Graduate Gemology Diploma with the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and is fluent in French. She is a Junior Council Member of the American Museum of Natural History and on the BARBRI Professional Education Advisory Board.
